For a dozen or so years, as the CEO and Managing Director, he managed large holdings of companies in the manufacturing sector. He dealt with legal and tax challenges related to the manufacturing activities of the companies he managed, both within the EU and outside of it. He combines business experience with legal practice – he conducted a number of investment and restructuring processes, and also managed the construction of production plants. He carried out complex transactions of acquisitions and mergers of companies.

He has successfully negotiated contracts on all continents. He has extensive experience in tax consulting, both in current and operational matters concerning the functioning of enterprises. He has broad competences needed to carry out strategic tax optimizations.

He has been cooperating with a chartered accountant’s office for many years. Understanding business and practical problems does not prevent him from developing his scientific passion. His interests in this area revolve around the processes of acquisitions and mergers of companies, with particular emphasis on their cross-border mergers. He has a rich workshop of managerial competences.

Privately, he is passionate about astronomy and natural philosophy, and is no stranger to the Messier marathon. He regularly practices kung fu in the Choy Lee Fut style.
