Patrycja Matuszewska

A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław, and a graduate of the University of Birmingham (LL.M in Commercial Law).

She has been practising as a legal counsel since 2013.

She has extensive experience in legal and tax advisory, gained while working at one of the so-called “Big 4” advisory firms, as well as at reputable law and tax firms. She specialises in commercial companies law, corporate law, and compliance.

She has conducted legal analyses of recommended tax solutions, implementing them from a legal perspective for clients. She has prepared business entities, as well as organised parts of enterprises, for sale. She has conducted legal due diligence reviews of their legal status. She has carried out several dozen strategic processes related to M&A, including mergers, demergers, and transformations within capital groups operating across various sectors of the economy, such as automotive, manufacturing, construction, and real estate development, as well as foreign jurisdictions (including Germany, Cyprus, and the United Kingdom).

She has developed procedures in the areas of AML and corporate governance.

She holds an AML Compliance Officer Certificate (2021) and a Compliance Officer Certificate (CO1 – 2022).
