Melania Skalik

A graduate of three faculties—Law, Administration, and Economics—at the University of Wrocław. She is currently a PhD candidate in Legal Sciences at the same university, where she is preparing a doctoral dissertation focused on family foundations. She also serves as a lecturer for postgraduate studies at the Wrocław University of Economics and Business.

Her multidisciplinary education allows her to synthesize knowledge from various legal fields and apply it effectively in her daily practice. She gained her professional experience working in a district court and at major Wrocław-based law and tax firms. She is the author of publications on international human rights standards, animal rights protection, and the financing of sports associations. On a daily basis, she supports entrepreneurs, specializing in family foundations, corporate law, labor law, and administrative law.

A natural communicator who enjoys building connections, she frequently represents the Firm at conferences, industry meetings, and networking events. She excels at fostering relationships and bridging the gap between the worlds of business and law.

Privately, she is a sports and mountain enthusiast and a former handball player. Her “sports ethics” translate directly into her legal approach—she always seeks dialogue, justice, and equality, and never gives up on a case. She finds the most satisfaction in legal matters that are close to human concerns. Although she rarely slows down, in her free time she enjoys mountain trekking, the Polish seaside, snowboarding, windsurfing on the Hel Peninsula, and exploring the flavors of Asian cuisine.
