Mateusz Żakowicz
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz and a legal counsel training program at the District Bar Association of Legal Counsels in Warsaw. He gained professional experience in the judiciary and in the tax litigation department at a “Big Four” firm.
He has many years of experience in conducting disputes with tax authorities, primarily in the area of value added tax and corporate income tax, as well as representing taxpayers before tax authorities and administrative courts.
He also has experience in matters relating to mandatory disclosure rules for tax schemes (MDR).
In his spare time, he reads books (mainly historical), hikes in the mountains, and trains in martial arts.
