Marek Generowicz

A graduate of law at the University of Wrocław. Attorney-at-law at the Bar Association in Wrocław and a Tax Advisor. He has been in practice since 2017, gaining professional experience at law firms specializing in business entity services.

He advises on matters related to conducting business activity in Poland, including negotiating commercial contracts, providing opinions on corporate changes in companies, and implementing personal data protection regulations in Polish businesses. In his practice, he combines legal and tax perspectives, enabling a comprehensive, multi-faceted approach to the cases entrusted to him and allowing him to propose optimal solutions to clients.

His professional experience also includes representing investors and contractors in construction disputes, both at the pre-litigation and court stages. He additionally handles real estate transactions and conducts both administrative and judicial-administrative proceedings in this area. He has coordinated and participated in the preparation of numerous due diligence reports assessing legal risks in real estate sale transactions. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time watching a good match — on the tennis court or the football pitch — and fills his free moments with film music.
