Legal Counsel with extensive experience advising large Polish companies and international enterprises operating in Poland. He specializes in labor law and related areas such as occupational health and safety (OHS) and personal data protection. On a day-to-day basis, he primarily supports HR departments in building and implementing solutions tailored to the specific needs of each organization.

In his work, he focuses on developing legal strategies that not only meet regulatory requirements but are also practical and applicable in the day-to-day operations of a company. He advises employers on drafting workplace regulations, remuneration policies, Company Social Benefit Fund (ZFŚS) rules, and other internal documents — including:

• anti-mobbing policies,
• whistleblowing procedures,
• remote work policies,
• OHS documentation, including employee sobriety control procedures.

He represents clients in court and administrative proceedings, and supports them during inspections carried out by, among others, the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP) and the Sanitary Inspectorate (Sanepid). He conducts training sessions on labor law, ensuring that the knowledge shared is clear, concrete, and addresses the real challenges faced by participants.

Outside of work, he is a passionate cycling enthusiast — eagerly following coverage of multi-stage races and exciting one-day classics. That said, he far prefers going on solo cycling trips to watching from the sidelines.
